ate dinner last night. Meatballs, w brown gravy and rice. with peas...
Still felt nauseated so not a lot.
Woke up feeling a big better. Ate a pork tenderloin sandwich for breakfast.
Also last night i took a .7cc shot of sust 300 and 1.4cc shot of NPP
