welcome bailey, if you want to get bigger, add some good carbs to your meals. deadlift, sqaut and bench press are priority as far as training.

i agree i've been working really hard for the last three years on it should i do dead lifts on leg days?

I vary sometimes I do it with legs sometimes with back, however I observed that doing it with legs makes my body producing more testosterone.
