Grinding it out with 11 days to go last few weeks hit hard and feel like shredded to fuck and ready for this
Can't wait for it and let's hope I can do myself right

Have plans for peek week ready I think all set now

Going to do write up about experience I've had as learned so much about myself and how far can really ouch yourself which will help when comes to bulking

Sorry been away and busy hear little update and few pics from show I'm far left of don't recognise me with shave and haircut lol
I absolutely loved the experience
I didn't place but lost to better guys
Know what I have to improve and so glad did this that will make sure I'm improved

Also my misses was in stunning great shape
I mean I know I would think that as may be love blind but to be honest i thought she looked great
Again she didn't make top 3 but couldn't have been far off
Waiting for score cards tomorrow as didn't stick around the whole show to get them
