Not Enough Food

If you are not eating enough food on a bulk, you simply won’t put on muscle. On the other hand, if you don’t eat enough food during a cut you will lose some of that muscle mass you worked so hard to put on. Bodybuilding requires a strong attention to detail so you are going to want to monitor your daily calorie consumption along with your changes in weight and other measurements to determine if you are progressing at the correct pace.
