absolutely!, from all my past cycles I learnt from trial ad error and this is the best way to do your PCTCool, I use to run HCG with my cycles and what a mistake that was, HCG should only be ran after your cycle and when your trying to bring your natural test levels back to normal.

Very good vid, watch part 1 and 2

HCG is definitely the way to go. I used it at lower dosages than he recommends and still got good results. I never got much of an effect from clomid.

I kind of wish I would have gotten it for this cycle. I was so worried about sides that I didn’t think too much about whether this would be a good addition. Now I am thinking it would have been. Especially sense I’ve yet to experience any real sides off of the test e I am on. I’m even thinking of upping my dose. Although for a first cycle, that may not be advised.

It's your first cycle. It's your safe introduction to AAS. You're supposed to be learning how you react to test and how to control any sides. It's barely starting to kick in yet so don't be tempted to keep upping the dose. There's no need. And don't over worry about not using hcg. You won't need it for this cycle. Save that for next time when, by the sound of it, you probably will. And as an added bonus you'll be able to compare using it to not using it.

Why? You don't need it.
You don't need HCG and you don't need Clomid.

You would be fine with Nolva(no need to worry about the side effects of Clomid)

500mg per week of test e on your first cycle is plenty, you do not need more, anymore would be a waste.

Stop over thinking things and stick to the basics

Yea, it makes sense not to increase the dose. I guess with all the stress I did, I feel a little overconfident.

As for the HCG, maybe I don't truly understand why people use it.

Does it prevent natural T such down? That's the only reason I'd want to use it. For some reason I thought it was to help you have a better PTC, keep the gains. that would be what I wanted. I'm not gonna this cycle though, that ship has sailed. Big Grin

I have Nova, Stane, and Clomid. I have yet to use any of them. Should I be using nova now? I just thought I would if I notice gyno or my blood work warned of high estrogen.

Keep nolva on hand in case sides occur.
Stop worrying about sides, not everyone gets them especially on 500mg of test per week.

As for HCG and PCT, read this:

Hot damn we are lucky we to have you. In all my reading on HCG, never once had I come across anyone who points out that it too can contribute to gynecomastia by aromatizing.

Anyway, that was great. Thank you.
