Do Fat Burners Work?

I've been a fan of Jim Stoppani's line of fitness supplements for awhile now. At first, his Pre-workout gave me a pump like I've never had before. I don't like the low number of doses though, but if getting full clinical doses are important, Pre-JYM is as close as I've seen. My point is, I've tried many different supplements. Even test boosters. Didn't get much from them. But the one I have not tried is fat burners.

Whether it be JYM-Shred, or other thermogentics, they claim to help you body shred fat. They use caffein, Green Tea, Yohimbe, L-Carnitine, etc.

I have had little success with most supps, except creatine, caffein, N.O., BCAA's. And even after awhile, those seem to level off.

I get diet matters most, and all that.

Have any of you used fat burners?

I've never used and never will use over the counter fat burners, Just a waste of money in my opinion.

They all state that "This product will only work when used in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet" Well if you're on a calorie controlled diet you should be losing weight anyway!!

I would much rather spend my money on products that are proven, like -
Ephedrine
T3
T4
Clenbuterol

The real stuff is a hell of a lot cheaper as well!

That is one think that struck me when I found out the cost of gear on the net. I thought, for two years I've bought supplements that don't work, and they cost less than what does.

I've always known that nothing works without hard work though. I know anobolic use is more prevalent than is talked about at sites like bodybuilding.com.

As for T3,T4, Ephedrine, and Clen, I'll be looking into them when I decide to cut.
My plan is to do a 12 week test e cycle, PTC, 12 weeks off, then a cut.

I'm unsure the rout I'll go, but it will likely involve at least something to limit muscle loss.

Ephedrine - 50mg
Caffiene - 200mg

Twice per day, am and pm

with the Ephedrine I run it at 2 tabs at a time, the tabs could be 25mg or 30mg depending on what I have in at the time so its either 50 or 60mg

I would normally take 2 Ephedrine 30 mins before a workout as a booster but obviously don't bother with them if on the fat burner

i hear that the lower the carb in your diet the better this works and more energy you have
something i will be thinking about as do preffer cutting carbs on cut
