Interesting. I religiously take 250mg magnesium with 15mg of zinc daily as well as bucket loads of water, so anything to make the water more interesting has got to be good.

Hmmm.... definitely interesting. I will give it a try. Not like it is expensive or anything.

Tried it with lemon sparkling water and cherry milk of magnesia, perfect touch to water. Bomb!
