What are your two favorite abs exercise?

for me, I dont use weights for ab exercises, I want to keep my mid section as tight as possible so I just stick to the regular ab workouts like leg raises and regular crunches for the middle abs and obliques, when I want them to show more I adjust my diet and take diuretics so they will pop more. Everyone has abs, you just have to strip the water and fat away and they will look great

Arm supported Leg Raises and Incline Situp. I like to add weight to these to build the muscle up.

and saw funny quote other day saying
