This competition is open to all members

It's up to you whether you choose to cut or bulk, the aim is to transform your body, The winner will be determined by the best overall body transformation.[/COLOR]
[COLOR="Black"]You will need to keep a full journal which will include your training, diet, supplements used, gear used and photo's of before, during and after.

This competition will start on Saturday the 3rd of January 2015 and will end at mid-day on Saturday the 7th of March 2015.
The winner will be determined by the best overall body transformation.
