We all know how important rest days are but how many of you feel like this fella?

same rest days,but then i never come off,i always run a low test and cruz!

My last run I hit it hard 6 days a week. No matter how much I killed it recovery was easy. This was the 1st time messing with tren a. Right now I'm off of gear. Rest every other day but on rest days do cardio.

My last cycle I'm pretty sure I worked out every day, twice a day. Then again, I was on a heavy cycle lol

so true.. rest days are the worst days. i feel like i have nothign to do and very boered throughtout the day.. but i try to look at it this way.. it gives me time to reallyl load u on calories and recuperation
