What's everyone's thoughts on the like of diet coke? Or monster zero? As 2 examples.
Obviously water is king, and I usually hit at least 3 litres per day.

The main ingredient in both of the drinks mentioned is water.
Personally, I see nothing wrong in drinking soda's. I just don't drink them excessively (e.g. 3 or more each day). Same goes for coffee.
People often underestimate the amount of water they intake each day. The links below are examples. However, they do note that athletes (one example) would have a need for greater fluid intake. How much though?

If you're going to drink that shit then you're probably better off drinking the proper orignal without all the sweeteners and shit
