workout routine?

when was the last time you changed up your workout routine? Do you tend to see better results from regular 4-6 week changes, or consistency?

I fell off for like 6 months moved got married but iv'e been back now for 1 1/2 months so i'm ready to change mine up now i like about 3 weeks to 4 to get the best out of it for me but some people say change it up more i was wondering what other people did too
