do that with a big drop in kcals it would melt off ya in no time

That will definitely get the job done! Even though it's only 4 weeks I just hate being shut down at all during the Summer months. Just to avoid it I extended my 8 week prop/var to 12 which will push me right through to late August.

ud still be shut down hard either way it depends on the person how they recover its also a huge mental thing. i feel barely any diffrent off than when im on sure drive is down a bit but everything does work fine no mood swings really still train hard i dont expect to feel like crap so im not

I meant I just extended mine throughout the Summer so I could deal with the shut down at the end of it instead of being shut down for the entire month of June or July. I wish my body worked like that! My come down sucks.

Hey mate just stay postive alot of it is in ur mind ive heard of guys on fourms first cycle not doing a pct not knowing about it felt fine rightup till people started calling him crazy and all that then very fast he kinda went all down he was off a while to so thats my point :0 all ive ever used for pct was novla was fine. i just stay on a low dose when im off now lol
