The competition was cancelled because nobody seemed interested, it said in the write up at the beginning that members who took part needed to keep a log of their workouts and progress but nobody did.
So due to lack of interest the organizer cancelled it.

Its cool. I must have mis understood. Because now that I read it it says to post your arm workouts for the next thirty days. I work out my arms twice a week. Just a mis-understanding. Ill post up some pics at the end of the week. Im updating for another comp I am doing so I will post them then.
