The 30 day arm challenge ...Sponsored by GBN
So here goes, as from 1st April you have 30 days to improve overall arm appearance
.
We are looking for improvements in size and definition. .
You must include your arm size’s and pictures in your first posts you must then state your arm workouts for the next 30days.
Having pulled a few strings we now have a prize pot of $100(for Kal[SIZE=5]pa Pharmaceuticals products only) to spend at GBN for the winner!!!
The end picture must have you holding a copy of a newspaper printed on the day on question.
CC and eazy will judge the photos and will pick a winner!
