I'm drinking Oyeah protein at the moment. I like to mix the strawberry and Vanilla. Mighty tasty. I use there casein protein in my bars. It's my go to bed snack.

I use optimum nutrition also. I seriously doubt it matters though. For the most part whey is whey and food always trumps shakes
