Sunday motivation

Motivation is a driving force. In order to accomplish anything, you need a driving force, otherwise nothing will happen. A wish is not strong enough to make you take action. A wish is a weak desire. Only a*strong desire can drive forward, to act and accomplish aims and goals.In order to get motivated, you need to know exactly what it is that you want, to possess a strong desire, and to be willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish your goal.

thts a really good post eazy simply because time after time i see (especially at the beginning of every year)... people in the gym time and again just going through the moves and when u look aat these peeps u caan look at them and you can see tht they really are not into there workout and there mind is not even in the gym at times.. and by not having a hungry desire to accomplish one of the hardest things in ur life tht ull ever comes across.. they tend to fall off and quit simply because they dont have a plan nor the real desire to achieve those workout goals tht they want nor to they understand n how to obtain it..
