PATIENCE. Let's be realistic here. You won't drop two jean sizes in one day. You won't lose fifty pounds in one month. You're going to binge every now and then. You will go a day or two without working out.*Your weight is going to fluctuate here and there. You're going to try new techniques, and they're not going to work. You're a human being. You're going to fail. But nothing great is ever accomplished without a few obstacles. JUST KEEP GOING.

I have to slightly disagree. I did lose 30 lbs in a month by killing it everyday. Could I keep that level of BM dropping regularly? No, of course not. Patience for muscle to develop is one thing. Patience to no longer be a fatty is something different.

this sport is one of the most hardest things to accomplish successfully,and onee of the most trying things tht ull ever dive into... alot of peeps fall off simply because there is so much knowledge tht u have to learn in this sport ijn order to stand out.. AND TO NEVER GIVE IN AND TO ALWAYS LOOK AHEAD IS ONE OF THE STRONGEST TOOLS YOU COULD EVER HAVE IN THIS SPORT/./
