my VMO is sooo lacking that now i have knees issues. i had to stop my PT on my knees do to a neck procedure i had done. but i was thinking of things i can do around the house. it really needs to come up. and i need to do it with hurting my knees.

im my studies i have learned tht when a problem arises such as this.. the best thing tht u can do for an issue like this is to strengthen and train the surrounding muscles of targeted injury.. in order to get back to full training mode.. and at times it leads to greater gains as well & strength..
