Duck is an often forgotten source of protein and it is simply delicious. A 100 g portion of duck meat has around 201 calories. Like all meat, it is a great source of protein, providing 23.5 grams per 100g. It is high in the B vitamins, zinc, phosphorous and selenium

Ive got five deer in the freezer and another freezer filled with salmon and trout from the summer. Wild game is a huge part of my diet.
Might have to go out and blast some ducks next summer too
