New to HM... competed in powerlifting for close to 20 years, got hurt, been out 3 years and now I am back. Hope to compete again next year, taking at least a year to get back in shape and hope to learn from the vets on this site. Lotta expertise and talent here - been reading the forums and seeing how things have changed in the last 3 years. Thanks to all for sharing their expertise.
