When I lift and work upper body find that my left arm is more pumped than the right. My left even seems to stay pumped for DAYS after the workout.
Im careful to try to balance my workout and use ez curl bars, dumbells, machines and the like I really try to keep it even
The left arm is even a little larger in size.
suggestions?

where are you pinning? are impinging any nerves?
seo is a good tool to bring up lagging imbalances

fair enough
still might be some adhesions going on in bicep tendon and tricep insertion. a little massage might help.
of course the seo will be the answer if all is well in the muscle bellies and joints
if not seo, then supplements direclty in area can act as sort of a seo, with less effect, shorter lifespan, depending on the product
