Sometimes an excuse is the easiest way of getting out of a hard workout... Never let it happen or they will become more frequent..Start as you mean to continue

Well said. I was doing AbRipperX today after a nice chest/shoulder/tri workout and didn't want to complete it because of sheer laziness. Man, was I mentally digging for excuses. I stuck it out, fought the inner demons and felt great afterward!

i have to have an excuse to just take a break sometimes.. because if i could i would workout everyday..
