How's it going Celt, first time I have strayed into international waters. Trying to knock myself into shape ready for holiday after falling off the wagon a bit after the birth of my second son but I got my head back in gear now.

Yeah, thanks mate he was concieved during pct and is the easiest going baby on the planet.
