No, I go on holiday to relax so no gym
I train for the rest of the year so holiday time is family time
A 2 week break from training will do your body the world of good
You don't need to be a bodybuilder 365 days a year!
You don't do it often so enjoy it!

I take my vacations in the gym so of course i lift!! jk depends on the vacation if its at a resort on the beach i will usually get up and hit the weight room early(I dont sleep much) get a pump before going down to the pool or the beach. Other than that most of my vacations are hiking, backpacking, or cross country skiing. so working out isnt an issue... eating is!!!

Mate, go grab a book called 'walk in the woods' Bill bryson, He attempts it, best line in the book is

'When guys in camouflage pants and hunting hats sat around in the four aces diner talking about fearsome things done out-of-doors, i would no longer have to feel like such a cupcake. I wanted a little of that swagger that comes with being able to gaze at a far horizon through eyes of chipped granite and say with a slow, manly sniff " Yeah, I've shit in the woods
