Summer is finally here and many are planning vacations... Do you workout while vacationing?

If theres a gym there definately! If not i tend to do cardio a lot of cardio!

went to a resort for the weekend with my wife. Found out they had a gym there and i went and worked out....
nothing wrong with that

No, I go on holiday to relax so no gym
I train for the rest of the year so holiday time is family time
A 2 week break from training will do your body the world of good
You don't need to be a bodybuilder 365 days a year!
You don't do it often so enjoy it!

I take my vacations in the gym so of course i lift!! jk depends on the vacation if its at a resort on the beach i will usually get up and hit the weight room early(I dont sleep much) get a pump before going down to the pool or the beach. Other than that most of my vacations are hiking, backpacking, or cross country skiing. so working out isnt an issue... eating is!!!

Skinny mate, I do a fair bit of hiking and backpacking (wild camping etc) Would firking love to do some stateside, The appalachian trail is defo on my todo list when time and funds allow
