Just want to say hello to everyone here at HM! Came over here to support a source of mine on this board. I little about myself, I'm 44 years and have been training since I was 17. I've competed in both powerlifting and bodybuilding over the years , but it has been awhile. Currently dieting, and am on numerous boards, however it looks like a lot of people on this board I've never seen before. Good to meet new people, with different ideas!
