It's a big waste of time...Anavar is a great steroid and the safest steroid to use but it is also the slowest working steroid...You really need to be on it for a minimal time of 16 wks to see any good results...So I would go with 60mg ed for 16 wks and make sure your diet and calories are up.

Depends on a few things like:

Your Age
Weight
Do you drink
Liver Values

Just because anavar is considered a "safe" oral, doesn't mean you can take as much as you want without paying a price.
Id get my liver enzymes checked first. If they are fine, and you weight at least 200 lbs...go for it. Under 200 lbs Bros have great results with 50-60 mgs. I rather see you do say 50 mgs or 60 mgs for a longer duration, say an extra two weeks. I know there is a difference of opinion on this but this is mine.

Also, NO alcohol or tylenol while on orals. Younger Bros may laugh at this but believe me, once your values go up, they come down slowly, and you become more suceptable in the future for liver problems.
Orals nrrd to be taken with much respect. I learned this the hard way so Im just passing it on to you.
Maybe jumpstart with 100 mgs and taper to 50-60 starting week 2.

Whats your cycle history ? if its your 1st cycle then only use 50mg , you wouldnt get the benifit from any higher dosage.

Also why you wanting to use oral only? Stick some test e in there @ 500mg a week

Sorry I didn't read this post before commenting. Bump, it sounds good although would his liver be safe at 16 weeks? But what you are saying I generally agree with. Less per day, but for a longer period.
From pics Bros have sent me when I was asking a lot of var questions, it seems like a nice "finishing" drug. Something to polish up your already accomplished results with. These bros had some totally ripped abs, but I suspect their b/f was down pretty nice before they started, and the var just helped them harden them up nice. These guys all say 50mg and 60 mgs is what they were doing and they were like 190-200 lbs guys and those dosed worked well.

Ya, adding 500mgs test ew would easily triple his results. And yes, if its his first cycle, 1/2 that dose with some test and he'll love it as long as he eats, rests, works hard in the gym.

I'm on 100mg ed of var right now and the pumps are so brutal I am considering dropping my dose. I haven't gone this high with var before but the results are great.
