Back to lifting now surgery was a success. I also had my mam glads removed so I don't have to worry about high levels of Anti E's

I also have a shoulder injury. It started off as pain only when isolating my left delt in training but now have pain shooting up into my neck even into my ears. Doc has prescribed ibuprofen

I have just gotten the same injury... The same exact symptoms.
I had a stage 2 seperation 2 yrs ago and the doc gave me pain killers and a clavicle brace. He told me "if you are still experiencing pain after 3 months you most likely tore your rotater cuff, make sure not yo weight train".. 11 months later the pain finally subsided under 135 lbs.... So I began to train again. I was always cautious and went the natural route. After a year I got my strenth back up. Entering the 300 club on flat bench did my ass in.
I am now gonna schedule an MRI. I hope for the best but my gut tells me I am gonna suffer the same fate as you did. FUCK!!!!!
