Have to say now legs are leaning out look bigger as they was main focus of when was bulking so looks like done ok

got my trunks today when spoke to person they said yah that's best size for you
then they come and I thought fuck these are small and tight
but apparently that's how there ment to be and bigger size would not be better
so these are my trunks went for red over the black as everyone gets black
also legs being stubborn with fat levels coming off but slowly

Also can see little stubborn fat on belly not shifting but I'll get it
Still 7 weeks to go so have time
Also misses is doing good
But the price of them competition bikini takes the piss couldn't believe it and you know women had to have the pretty sparkling ones lol pic below when come will get pic of her in it

Here's her this was couple weeks ago she's doing good obv can't come in too tight for bodyfitness class so taking it slower than me

Getting really there now last few weeks been great on progress
Looking forward to this now
Couple weeks on grinding then time to carb up
As at moment complete depleted non nothing
Drop cals quite low this week mainly from fats and finally let go of my beloved peanut butter really should have dropped while ago but so hard to
Cardio has been upped for these last two weeks just to grind it out hard and get in best shape of my life
Getting really excited for it can't wait
Watched pumping iron last night inspired me more than normal was posing myself all way lol
