Best thing about my gym: It's at the end of my garden, in my garage and I'm the only one who uses it

Worst thing about my gym: The bloke who uses it can be a miserable git at times

Favorite muscle groups: Back and shoulders

Least favorite: Calves and chest

Best exercise: Barbell rows

Worst exercise: Calf raises

Best meal: Ribeye steak

Worst meal: Boiled eggs

Reasons for training: I want to be as strong as possible, for as long as possible and it's better than getting fat
