sushi is my downfall i love the stuff but it just has too much rice

Hell NO I dont eat SOY or Wheat
I have many food intolerances and kiddo has 12 so we eat paleo strict though
No fruit no nuts no potatoes
just meats good fats and dark green vegetables.
when I carb load sources are from oatmeal and brown rice and that is it.
I have celiac, wheat intolerance and soy the list goes on but wheat it the big one.

Yes! Love sashimi. Completely avoid the rice by just consuming the protein. Ahi tuna & salmon are my personal favorites but I will eat anything from the selection. Add in some miso soup (natural probiotic) and you have a great meal. However, this is not what I would consider fast food.
