Nice training log mate.

I allready have a training log on EnglishMuscle and Musclechat so ile probabley just stick to posting it up on there to be honest :o

well ive dropped the FB workouts and im now doing a 3 day split. chest and arms , back and shoulders , legs and core .

Trained chest and arms today , not real heavy weights but it was a good work out Smile

Flat bench 12 x 45kg, 10 x 60kg, 8 x 70kg .... Next week ill be aiming for 10 x 70kg Smile

Flies - 3 sets of 10 x 14kg DB each hand

3 Crate Push Ups - 3 sets of 10 x bodyweight + 20kg plate ... this was a killer lol

EZ bar Curls - 3 sets 10 x 35kg

Tricep push down - 3 sets 10 x 80lbs

Hammer Curls - 2 sets 10 x 18kg DB's

I was tired at the end of this , need to increase my weight more but soon ill be back on form ..

Nice mate! Similar to my 3 day split but mines like this:

Back/Shoulders
Chest/Biceps
Legs/triceps

I should really start doing stomache crunches etc as my stomache/lower back have the most fat on, lol.

was knackered last night but still got round to training ... not the best session ive ever had but it was enough ....

Lat pull down beheind head to neck - 10 x 100lbs , 10 x 120lbs , 8 x 140lbs

Upright rows - 3 sets 10 x 50kg

single arm row - 3 sets 10 x 25kg

shoulder press - 3 sets 10 x 16kg

front raises - 3 sets 10 x 12kg

If THAT is what 12% looks like, Id be very happy at 15% lol.

But twelve looks great. The older you get the tougher it is so keep that waist and youll be looking good at my age.

You and Robbie looking really good.
