hey guys what would be the best way to split up 50mg capsules of anavar..tabs would be no problem but i am not sure the best way to do it with the caps..i just want to make sure i get an even dosage and some people have told me if there is alot of filler it may be hard to do,and also can you put in in your pre-workout drinks or protein shakes..thanks guys
