The Perfect Breakfast

This is what I am Now having for breakfast.
Perfect!
100g porridge oats with 500ml skimmed milk
I sprinkle 5g creatine and 60g of whey protein on.
This works out at:
780 calories
77g protein
96g carbs
and 12g fat.

Perfect start to the day.
