I like to control estro when Im cycling nolva does not reduse estro it just blocks it from binding. Get so a-dex or aromasin for on cycle. then if you get sore or puffy nips take 10-20mg nolva ed. but youll half to play with the ai dose to find the right one. I use .5 a-dex eod or 12.5 aromasin ed.
