thanks for the warm welcome! I am so glad to be back at it. I have been getting to the gym more and the best part about it is that I can challenge myself to attain new goals and when they are accomplished, I am driven to bring myself further with my next goal.

I have been running the last several years; however, I am going to combine my running with more weight lifting and perhaps see where this brings my physique.
