For those that have questions... (everyone at some point)
Do as much research as you can before you just go and ask one or 2 questions and take someones word over doing your own research...
Combine your own research and questions/answers from trusted sites and you got somethin' goin'!!!
I learned this the hard way but also realized that you can ask one question and get ten different answers... so do your homework and FIND the answers dont just GET answers...
It is a matter of YOUR BODY so don't slack!!! Health is key, isn't that the ultimate goal???
