If you have the time to share a couple of the supplements you feel are important I'm always interested
Thanks, bro! I'm always back and forth on doing a log. I said I was going to in the past and never did. I think it really comes down to me actually be consistent on the log itself. Maybe if you end up doing your log, it will inspire me to do one too.

As for support supplements, they vary. How many I'm taking and which ones depend on how long I'm cycling and what I'm running. I think everyone should take a good methylated multivitamin, a good probiotic, and D3+K2 regardless of AAS use.
Generally, there are a few options and most should be taken in conjunction with others.
For reference on types of supplements:
Cardiovascular Support/Blood Pressure: CoQ10, Fish Oil, Red Rice Yeast, Beet Root Extract, ALA, etc.
Liver Support: Glutathione, NAC, Milk Thistle, TUDCA, Liv. 52, etc.
Thyroid Support: Selenium, Iodine, Sea Kelp, Zinc, etc.
Insulin Resistance: Berberine, Cinnamon Extract, etc.
Prostate Support: Saw Palmetto, Lycopene, Pumpkin Seed Extract, etc.
Estrogen Control: Boron, DIM, Magnesium, etc.
Cortisol Regulation: Ashwagandha, Ginseng, Theanine, etc.
