Today is an important day to raise awareness about mental health

Over the past couple of years I myself have had many a battle and I'm happy to say that I have fought my way through successfully

🥒 Nutrition - good food improves your mood both physically and psychologically. Get in your Micronutrients and foods that improve your wellbeing

🏄*♂️ Do Fun Shit - When's the last time you went to a theme park or spent the day with friends at the amusement arcades wasting £30 on ticket games only to have enough to claim a keyring?

🤝 Don't be afraid to ask for help - Don't suffer in silence and let ego and bravado take over. It's ok to not be ok so let people know that your are struggling so they can help
