after competing this last friday I realized I need some new routines and after some guys I hung out with at the exclusive after party showed me what they were doing I am exploring as they suggested my options. I am 36 and in decent shape but I am looking for reaching my bodies max potential if that is possible. I already suffer from MMA injuries that limit me in some ways but want to do this for me.
