But how do I know if an infection is taking place. What's strange to me is the fact that even though I pinned the front center area of my thigh, the majority of the reddness was at the area of my inner thigh and my hamstring area is swollen which is total opposite area of where the injection took place.
So I'm asking myself, what the hell is going on here.

PS .. If I had an infection wouldn't I have a fever?
