The obvious answer has to be see your doctor in case is an infection. But to my knowledge an infection would feel hot and is unlikely to get better by itself.
A mate of mine has a similar issue to this and it resolved itself after a week or so. Obviously wasn't an infection.

Ps anyone else got predictive txt that seems to change what you've written AFTER you submit it?
