ive had pins in quad where hit nerves and was hell limping all week not being able to train legs and quite bit of pain
but this was mild swelling and small lump in injection spot I think due to hitting nerves
if its an infection you should go seek proper medical advice
you will have to asses the situation to see what you think it is
