Does your mate have the usual fat phobia? Coz pork is quite a fatty meat, but so is lamb. I find pork very filling, probably due to the fat. And because of that I eat pork when I'm cutting. As well as lamb.
I'm sure plain boiled chicken is better but I've done both that and effing tuna for years and and now I prefer to eat food I enjoy eating.
