What I did forget to add is that my understanding is that GHRP-2 helps boost your endogenous growth hormone. It, as far as I'm aware, doesn't add any extra or exogenous GH.
So, unless anyone knows better, it will only really be those whose own production has slowed that will really benefit? That is, 23 year olds shouldn't expect too much?
