Is this a good diet for me?

Hey stillgoingstron, thank you for answering!

For now, I'm just trying to lose weight and achieve my goal, but I'm also planing to do some weight lifting in the future.

I am very happy with my current diet, but of course "the occasional bad day" is inevitable Smile

My current workout plan looks something like this:

Running 45-60 minutes, 2-3 times a week
Swimming 2 times a week
Easy 20 minute cardio (almost every day):
- jumping jacks
- front kicks
- squat jumps
- mountain climbers
