Hey bud hows it going yes ive used both not together. Clen sides vary from peorson to person heres some cramps, headache, dry mouth, dizzyness, warm hot flushed feeling and feeling drained. I only got craps (durning cardio kinda like crazy calf pumps hot flushed feeling for a couple of days was nice tbh and a dry mouth now and then most common sides are listed and T3 sides ive goten and know about are feeling very tired and a increass in body temp also drink a bit extra water helped a bit. hope this helps
