I don't suppose everyone will agree with all of it, but most of it seems about right to me. It's certainly what most 'in the know' would say. Unlike clowns that write about steroids and its effects and who seem to know nothing about it!!
Mate of mine grew huge on a bottle of vodka a day. He ate well and he ate sensibly, but he certainly didn't eat six times a day and as far as I know didn't eat the 'required' amount of protein. Steroids helped, of course.
