A (Motivating) Day in the Life of Kai Greene
#1

Kai Greene is one eccentric dude. There are many reasons he motivates me. One, he is very good at what he does. Two, he is a good person (more on that later). Kai is a great spokesperson for the sport of bodybuilding. He is a positive role model that contrast in a sport that ego is the name of the game.

In this below video, he does some things that are fascinating, such as bringing the heat up in the kitchen while preparing food. He turns on all the burners, possibly up to 120 degrees, or at least it felt like it. The video is long, so if anyone cares to watch what Kai Greene does in a day, here it is. This is my newest Jedi Spam, you know.

Kai is a humble, mild manner, thinking type of guy. You can tell he is very intelligent and does not take himself too seriously. Even though he has found success, he keeps in old apartment in the projects. It is not that being confident is bad, you have to be sure of yourself to find success, but how you treat others is a direct reflection on who you are as a person. Kai is a good person.

He may not have the natural genetics that Phillip “Phil” Heath has, but he is all about work and doing things systematically. He is also a good artist. I also posted some videos of Kai in 1999 and in 2013. In the 1999 video the posing is unique.
